Music Ministry
Preschool 
Cherub Choir – 4 years old through Kindergarten
Cherub Choir provides preschoolers with enjoyable musical experiences as they learn about God and His love for them. Age appropriate music skills are taught in a fun and loving environment.

Children 
Music Makers (4 year olds - 2nd Grade)
Music Makers provides younger children with opportunities to learn and develop musically while praising the Lord in song. The Music Makers participate in worship leadership regularly and periodically join with the Young Musicians to present a musical.

Young Musicians (3rd- 6th Grade)
Young Musicians provides older children with opportunities to learn and develop musically while praising the Lord in song. The Young Musicians participate in worship leadership regularly and periodically join with the Music Makers to present a musical.

Kingdom Kids Chimes (1st - 3rd Grade)
Kingdom Kids Chimes provides younger children a hands-on opportunity to develop both their music reading and music making skills through the instrumental medium of handchimes. The Kingdom Kids Chimes participate regularly in worship leadership.
(Sundays, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m., September - May)
Kingdom Kids Bells (4th - 6th Grade)
Kingdom Kids Bells provides older children an opportunity to build upon the musical foundations laid in earlier years as they ring English handbells. The Kingdom Kids Bells participate regularly in worship leadership.

Youth 
Youth Bells
Youth Bells provides youth an opportunity for instrumental praise through the medium of English handbells. This group is open to all interested youth who can read music.
Youth bells participate in worship leadership regularly.
(Wednesdays 5:45p.m. - 6:25 p.m., September - May)
Youth Praise Band
Sundays 5:15 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Instrumental Ensemble
The Instrumental Ensemble is open to both youth and adult instrumentalists. The main role of the Instrumental Ensemble is to help accompany congregational singing on Sunday mornings. As the group develops, it will be featured periodically during the offertory, prelude or postlude. All interested persons are welcome at rehearsals. Participation in the instrumental ensemble during worship services, however, is by mutual agreement of the director and the participant.
(Sundays 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 6:20 p.m.)
Adult 
Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir is the main worship choir for West Lynchburg Baptist Church. It sings almost every Sunday throughout the year and presents special seasonal programs at both Christmas and Easter. Choir members are challenged to be more than just up front worship leaders. It is their goal, instead, to be lead worshipers; offering their very best to God from the depths of their hearts. In doing so, they hope to inspire others in the body to do the same. No audition is required for membership in this choir but a commitment to faithful rehearsal attendance and participation in worship is expected of all members.

Revival Choir
Revival Choir is open to all interested adults and requires no long term commitment. As the name implies, this is the service choir for revival services.

Highest Praise
Highest Praise is an auditioned adult vocal ensemble that sings challenging and inspiring music. Highest Praise sings regularly in worship. Participation in the Sanctuary Choir is a requirement for membership in this group. Any person interested in auditioning for this group should contact Brother Randy for more information.

Sanctuary Bells
The Sanctuary Bells is the adult handbell choir of West Lynchburg Baptist Church. Membership is open in the fall of each year. In order to have a group that is well matched, an interview and/or audition with the director is required.

Senior Adults 
The Amazing Grace Fellowship
The Amazing Grace Fellowship is more than just a senior adult choir. As the name implies, this group enjoys a wonderful time of fellowship together each week as it rehearses and as it periodically sings in worship.
